Position: Sales & Service Engineer – Analytical & Testing Instruments
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Sales & Service Engineer to join our team. The role will primarily focus on after-sales service and technical support for our range of analytical and testing instruments. When not on service visits, the candidate will support the internal sales team with customer follow-ups, lead generation, and technical sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, and training for analytical/testing instruments
- Routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support
- Internal sales support:
- -Follow up with customers via phone/email
- -Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, documents, and proposals
- -Search for new leads and project opportunities online
- Maintain accurate service records and customer communication logs
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering with 5+ years of experience, or B.E./ B.Tech in Engineering with 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments or testing machines preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Willingness to travel for service visits on PAN India basis
