Legal & Investment Executive
We are looking for a Legal & Investment professional to manage the company's legal matters and oversee its shares, investments, and corporate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle company shares, share transfers, and investment documentation.
- Manage legal agreements, contracts, and corporate records.
- Coordinate with lawyers, CS, auditors, banks, and investment advisors.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and investment regulations.
- Maintain records of company investments and securities.
- Assist management with legal and investment related decisions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law (LLB); CS/CA or relevant investment experience is an advantage.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate law, investments, or compliance.
- Good understanding of company shares, investments, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong documentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,028.10 - ₹32,590.53 per month
