Open Position: PGT – English (Post Graduate Teacher)
We are seeking an inspirational and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English who can foster a deep appreciation for language and literature while preparing senior secondary students for academic excellence.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: M.A. in English & B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Experience: 3–4 years of teaching experience handling senior secondary classes (Grades 11 and 12), preferably in a reputed CBSE/International school framework.
- Skills: Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills, modern pedagogical knowledge, and proficiency in integrating technology into daily classroom teaching.
Core Roles & Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to Senior Secondary students in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and school standards.
- Academic Excellence: Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations, competitive assessments, and higher education academic writing standards.
- Student Mentorship: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer individual support to students requiring extra academic guidance.
- Holistic Evaluation: Design fair and comprehensive assessment tools, evaluate student performance diligently, and maintain meticulous academic records.
- Co-Curricular Participation: Actively contribute to school events, literary clubs, debates, assemblies, and collaborative departmental initiatives.
