Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell Study’n’Learn’s Interactive Flat Panels and digital education solutions to schools, colleges, distributors, and institutional clients. The role focuses on lead qualification, product pitching, virtual demos, follow-ups, and closing institutional sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from schools and educational institutions.
- Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and propose suitable Study’n’Learn solutions.
- Present Interactive Flat Panels, K-12 digital content, AI tools, and classroom technology through calls and online demos.
- Explain product USPs such as Google EDLA certification, 4K UHD display, zero bonding, multi-touch, and long product life.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate closures with the sales manager.
- Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and sales pipeline reports.
- Coordinate with field sales, installation, and support teams for smooth execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to explain technical EdTech products in a simple and value-driven manner.
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up discipline.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
- Confidence in engaging with principals, directors, and decision-makers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, B2B, or EdTech institutional sales.
- Prior experience selling to schools or educational institutions is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Telugu is preferred; candidates with strong regional language skills will be given preference.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
