Job Description:

Must Have Skills: Either Java with Angular or Java with AWS. Experience is lead role is must
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and Hibernate/JPA.

Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and web application development.

Strong understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and query optimization.

Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Hands-on experience with front-end integration (Angular/React is a plus).
Role and Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, ensuring best practices in software design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for applications and systems.

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and industry best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance for scalability and efficiency.

Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Java technologies, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation.
