- Design and execute ServiceNow test strategies across ITSM ITOM HRSD and other modules covering functional regression integration and end to end scenarios
- Develop detailed test plans test cases and test data based on business requirements user stories and technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
- Perform hands on ServiceNow Testing for configurations customizations workflows catalog items integrations and UI policies to ensure quality and compliance with requirements
- Utilize Automated Test Framework ATF to design build execute and maintain automated test suites improving coverage and reducing manual effort
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including developers business analysts process owners and project managers to clarify requirements identify gaps and validate solutions
- Analyze test results and defects perform root cause analysis and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution and revalidation of fixes
- Ensure test traceability from requirements to test cases and defects maintaining clear documentation and test evidence in appropriate tools and repositories
- Support release and deployment activities by performing smoke sanity and regression testing in sub prod and production like environments
- Contribute to testing standards and best practices for ServiceNow projects including reusable test assets templates and checklists
- Mentor junior team members where applicable in ServiceNow Testing approaches ATF usage and quality assurance practices fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Extensive ServiceNow Testing experience across ITSM ITOM and HRSD including complex workflows integrations and custom applications
- Hands on expertise in designing robust ATF suites for regression smoke and integration testing with a focus on maintainability and scalability
- Proven track record in large scale ServiceNow implementations migrations or upgrades e

- Familiarity with ITOM components such as Discovery Service Mapping Event Management and their testing considerations data quality integrations and performance
- Exposure to test management tools e

- Jira Azure DevOps or similar for managing test cases execution and defect tracking in ServiceNow projects
- Good to have skills Agile methodologies CI CD pipelines API testing Performance testing SQL Database basics
