MIS Executive – Vapi, Gujarat

Job Details
- Position: MIS Executive
- Location: Vapi, Gujarat
- Experience: Minimum 2 years (Mandatory)
- Industry Preference: CFS / Logistics (Mandatory)
- Languages: English, Hindi & Gujarati
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain large volumes of operational/site data with high accuracy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Create dynamic dashboards using Advanced Excel.
- Ensure data validation, integrity, and consistency across reports.
- Automate repetitive reports and workflows using Excel Macros and AI/Process Automation tools.
- Coordinate with operations and site teams for timely data collection and reporting.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions.
Required Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas; Macros preferred)
- Dashboard Creation & MIS Reporting
- Bulk Data Management
- Data Validation & Analysis
- AI / Process Automation Tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the CFS / Logistics industry (Mandatory)
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant MIS experience is mandatory.
- Experience in the CFS / Logistics industry is mandatory.
- Candidates without the above mandatory experience will not be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
