About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – HR Managed Services to lead end-to-end service delivery across HR operations for global clients. The role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of HR Managed Services engagements, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of HR Managed Services, covering processes such as Hire-to-Retire, Payroll, Talent Management, and Core HR.

Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and compliance requirements.

Partner with clients to understand their HR technology landscape and continuously identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and optimization.

Manage governance, reporting, and performance reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.

Mentor and develop team members to build strong domain and delivery capabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Transition, PMO) for smooth onboarding of new accounts and process transitions.
Required Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in HR Operations

Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and global service delivery models.

Hands-on experience managing operations delivery leveraging Workday, SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM or Darwinbox

Proven track record of managing large client accounts and service delivery teams.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in setting up or scaling HR Managed Services or GCCs.
Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools
