We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives (FSE) to join our team for Excitel Broadband.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit residential areas and nearby localities to promote Excitel Broadband services.
- Explain Wi-Fi and broadband plans to potential customers.
- Help customers choose the most suitable internet plan based on their requirements.
- Generate new customer leads and convert them into successful connections.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure timely installation of broadband connections.
- Assist customers with the registration and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience is preferred but freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
