About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive B2B Sales Intern to support our Business Development team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, generating leads, and building professional relationships. As a B2B Sales Intern, you will help identify potential business opportunities, conduct client outreach, and assist in closing deals for our advertising and branding services.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients across various industries.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and field visits.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Assist in pitching the company's advertising, branding, and marketing services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with clients over calls and in person.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

- Interest in B2B sales, business development, and client acquisition.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
