We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer with strong communication and facilitation skills to train and develop teams in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Voice Process training for batches of 20–30 trainees.

Manage end-to-end training including NHT, PKT, and refresher sessions.

Execute training metrics such as TNA, TNI, and TTT.

Prepare and deliver effective training modules using PPT and Excel.

Maintain training performance reports and ensure continuous improvement.
