We are seeking a proactive and communication-oriented Telecaller to interact with potential and existing customers over the phone. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining accurate records of conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, or offers and address customer queries.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Strong listening and persuasion skills.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
