An HR Executive handles recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and HR administration. They act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Draft and post job descriptions on job portals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage onboarding and induction process
2. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances
- Maintain a healthy workplace culture
- Support conflict resolution
- Organize engagement activities
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle attendance and leave management
- Prepare HR documents (offer letters, contracts, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
4. Payroll & Benefits Support
- Assist in salary processing
- Manage employee benefits and compensation
- Coordinate with finance/accounts team
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs
- Organize training sessions and workshops
- Track employee performance and development
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and multitasking ability
- Knowledge of HR software (like HRMS tools)
- Understanding of labor laws
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience (for junior HR Executive roles)
