Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and creative Design Team Leader with 9–15 years of experience in commercial, retail, office interiors, civil and interior infrastructure projects.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading the design team, managing design development, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design team, allocate work, review deliverables, and guide team members.
- Develop and review 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
- Develop and review interior and architectural drawings, including detailed project drawings.
- Prepare and review GFC (Good for Construction), GA (General Arrangement), As-built, and detailed drawings.
- Create innovative and creative design concepts for commercial, retail, and office interiors.
- Lead space planning as per client requirements, project feasibility, and design standards.
- Coordinate closely with civil, MEP, and project teams for design development and execution.
- Review BOQs, specifications, material selections, finishes, and furniture systems.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor execution to ensure work is carried out as per approved design and quality standards.
- Ensure quality management systems are defined, understood, and implemented within the design function.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
