Job Description:
Job Title: HVAC Estimation Engineer
Experience: 3+ Years
Salary: ₹3.5 – ₹6.5 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Up to 15 Days Preferred
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and technical proposals for HVAC projects. The candidate should have experience in reviewing tender documents, preparing quotations, and coordinating with vendors and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
· Prepare detailed HVAC cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
· Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
· Prepare techno-commercial proposals and bid submissions.
· Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams.
· Analyze project requirements and recommend cost-effective solutions.
· Maintain estimation records and project cost databases.
· Support project handover from estimation to execution teams.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
· Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC estimation.
· Good knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and equipment.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
· Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and tender documents.
· Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in commercial, industrial, or residential HVAC projects.
· Knowledge of project costing, budgeting, and vendor management.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
