Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients via calls, emails, and meetings
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, operations)
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and services
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals
- Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and project updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or related preferred)
- 0–1 year of experience in client servicing, sales, or customer support (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing/advertising is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
