Job Description:
• SBU Head for Staffing division with responsibility of P&L Management, Revenue Growth, Business Development, Operation, Billing, Collection, and relationship Management.
• Appointing right resources as Biz Heads for UC Locations aligned with Organizational Goal & VH KRA.
• Develop staffing plans for division or department.
• Prepare sourcing strategies like data-mining, on-line posting, direct sourcing, networking and social media.
• Responsible for productivity and Profitability
• Stimulate development of customer relationships in suitable territory by site visits, apt social activities and telephone communication.
• Utilize established methods to steadily clarify customer expectations.
• Establish goals and objectives to advance customer partnerships.
• Hire, monitor, counsel, analyze, discipline and suggest changes in employee status.
• Consistently orient or on-board new executives to standards setup for every customer.
• Administer organization policies and procedures.
• Review regularly work orders as well as interact with customers.
• Support to prepare proposals as well as customer service agreements for all new accounts.
• Update customer precise tracking databases for transfers, new hire and turnovers.
• Ensure consistency amongst internal software program and database.
• Participate in all safety initiatives and recommend solutions for process improvement.
• Develop candidate search profile as well as clarify expectations of role.
• Establish and execute service delivery timelines.

• Implement special staffing or recruitment projects as allotted.
• Collaborate with the staffing manager and team to execute searches.
• Ensure to collaborate with ICIMS and HRIS projects as business requires.
• Develop an effective pipeline of prime talent potentially procuring for instant hire as sequence planning requiring dictate.
• Manage complete lifecycle staffing process for pre-ipo company.
• Manage optimally entire internal as well as external staffing resources.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare staffing strategies for existing and future needs.
• Arrange staffing strategy meetings with objective to recruit methods plus sourcing plans.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assure staffing methods are followed to incorporate timely feedback.
• Ensure to comply with the organization's staffing policies as well as procedures.
• Monitor maintenance of all internal resume tracking systems (ATS).
• Ensure constant corporate image across recruiting campaigns.
• Evaluate existing hiring needs and prepare staffing plan to accomplish goals.
• Manage and lead external recruitment sources inclusive of employment agencies contract negotiations.
• Develop reports for management recruitment on spreadsheet, Develop and update all staffing programs as well as policies.
