We are a growing architecture, interior design, and construction company handling residential and commercial projects with end-to-end execution services. We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Project Manager with at least 7 years of experience to handle construction and interior projects from planning to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction and interior execution projects from start to completion
- Coordinate with architects, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams
- Monitor project timelines, quality, labour productivity, and budgets
- Handle material planning, procurement coordination, and site scheduling
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution issues
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Maintain daily/weekly progress reports and client updates
- Coordinate billing, BOQs, measurements, and project documentation
- Supervise finishing works, interiors, and handover activities
- Ensure safety and quality standards at site
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
