Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and responsible Front Office Executive to join our hotel The Altius team in Chandigarh. The person in this role will welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, answer questions, and make sure guests have a comfortable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests politely and provide a warm welcome
- Handle guest check-in and check-out smoothly
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions
- Manage room bookings and reservations
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel staff
- Handle basic payments, bills, and records
- Solve guest problems in a calm and professional way
Requirements:
- Minimum high school or graduate qualification
- Previous front desk experience in a hotel or hospitality industry
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Friendly nature and professional behavior
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Experience with IDS software
