Role Description
We are looking for an energetic, ownership-driven project manager who will take complete responsibility for the successful execution of client projects under our Export Growth Program. The project manager will lead the end-to-end transformation journey of MSMEs—from identifying gaps and implementing improvements to making companies export-ready and supporting export execution. This role requires a leader who can build and manage teams, drive accountability, solve problems proactively, and ensure projects are completed successfully and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in an early-stage startup environment and wants to create meaningful impact while growing into a leadership role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, commerce, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- An MBA or project management certification will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, operations, quality management, manufacturing, business transformation, consulting, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Ownership
- Take complete ownership of assigned client projects from onboarding to successful project completion.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, milestones, and transformation roadmaps.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Identify risks, delays, and implementation challenges and take corrective actions proactively.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, trackers, and client records.
Export Readiness & Transformation Implementation
- Lead the implementation of initiatives required to make companies export-ready.
- Coordinate and drive activities related to operational improvements, process development, documentation, compliance readiness, quality systems, and business transformation.
- Ensure clients successfully achieve export readiness milestones defined under the Export Growth Program.
- Support the execution of export-related activities and international business development initiatives.
- Monitor implementation effectiveness and ensure measurable progress toward export goals.
Quality Systems & Compliance Implementation
- Drive the implementation and strengthening of quality management systems and operational controls within client organisations.
- Coordinate activities related to standardisation, process documentation, SOP development, quality improvements, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure client organisations adopt sustainable systems that support long-term growth and export competitiveness.
- Track implementation effectiveness and ensure improvements are embedded into day-to-day operations.
- Team Building & Leadership
- Build, manage, and mentor project execution teams.
- Allocate responsibilities, track performance, and ensure accountability.
- Coordinate internal team members, subject matter experts, and support resources.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and results-driven execution.
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve project objectives successfully.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Conduct regular review meetings and progress discussions with business owners and leadership teams.
- Understand client challenges and drive solutions through effective execution. Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and results.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Process Development & Organisational Scaling
- Develop and improve project management systems, execution frameworks, and operational processes.
- Create scalable systems that support the growth of both client projects and ProSca's internal operations.
- Contribute to building a world-class execution-driven organisation.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Monitor project KPIs, milestones, budgets, and overall project health.
- Present progress updates, challenges, and recommendations to management.
- Drive projects toward measurable business outcomes and export success.
