Summary & Requirements
Position: Homecare Nurse
The minimum qualification for this role is ANM Nurse and B.Sc. Nursing . Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.
Education: ANM, GNM, BSc Nursing with or without Registration
Degree: Degree Certificate
Responsibilities : Provide daily living support, personal hygiene assistance, mobility care, and companionship directly inside the patient's home.
Job Description :
Identify patients’ care requirements and assess their health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain patient’s records and reports.
Educate patients and families on healthcare plans.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.
Prepare patients for examination and perform routine diagnosis checks like monitoring pulse, blood pressure, etc

Monthly Salary: ₹38,000 to ₹40,000 per month with Registration
Monthly Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹37,000 per month without Registration
Incentivies : 5,000/-
SalaryGrowth: Includes 2 salary increments per year based on performance (Subject to (T&C).
Your exact starting salary within this range will be finalized based on your interview performance, previous experience, and duty shifts.
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
