Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Robotics to lead and , delivery robotics-related content and training programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in robotics, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. This role involves supporting curriculum design, mentoring learners, and staying at the forefront of robotics innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in areas such as robot design, control systems, sensors, actuators, and embedded systems.
- Support training delivery through workshops, lectures, and hands-on sessions.
- Collaborate with trainers, educators, and product teams to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
- Evaluate and update content to align with the latest trends in robotics and emerging technologies.
- Mentor students, trainees, or team members on robotics projects and problem-solving approaches.
- Assist in the design and development of robotics prototypes, models, or demonstrations.
- Conduct research and recommend tools, kits, and technologies for training programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of robotics concepts including kinematics, dynamics, control systems, and automation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB.
- Familiarity with robotics platforms (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ROS).
- Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, and embedded systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or SME in robotics or STEM education.
- Exposure to AI/ML integration in robotics systems.
- Experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
- Knowledge of simulation tools and CAD software.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
