CLICCOT Technology Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Telecaller to generate leads, promote the company's products and services, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain customer information and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team for lead conversion.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Prepare daily call reports and submit weekly performance reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate or Diploma.
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Relationship roles.
- Experience in IT Products, Software Sales, Mobile Apps, or Digital Services will be preferred.
Target-Based Performance
This is a Target-Oriented Sales Role.
The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving:
- Daily outbound calling targets.
- Weekly lead generation targets.
- Monthly customer conversion targets.
- Monthly revenue targets assigned by the management.
Performance incentives will be based on target achievement.
