As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Need to work as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute in SAP HCM Time implementation project.
Lead teams in the business transformation / managed services track of SAP engagements
Conduct Business Blueprint requirement gathering workshops to gather business requirements and finalize to-be design
Deliver Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications, unit test scripts, integration test scripts as per business requirements
Interface and communication with the onsite coordinators
Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.
Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects
Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis
Over 7 -10 years of SAP HCM Time experience including minimum 2 implementations in end-to-end payroll process.
Experienced in Handling Time management scenarios.
Good Knowledge about configuration of Work schedule rules, absences, attendances, and Absence/ Attendance Quotas
Knowledge about standard time reports
Knowledge about positive and negative time management in SAP
Knowledge about Time Types, Time events and Time Wage types
Strong knowledge on Time Schema and PCRs
Should be well versed about integration between time and payroll.
Worked on interface with third party tools for time data.
Over 7 -10 years of SAP HCM Time experience including minimum 2 implementations in end-to-end payroll process.
Experienced in Handling Time management scenarios.

BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 4 to 7 Yrs
