The Role
As an AI Developer, you won’t just be writing code. You’ll be building systems that solve real business problems using cutting-edge AI technologies. A major part of your role will involve developing custom ERP systems tailored to specific business workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Custom ERP Development:
Understand business operations (sales, inventory, finance, HR) and translate them into scalable ERP modules.
Full-Stack Development:
Build and manage both frontend and backend systems required for ERP platforms.
Database Design:
Design efficient database structures, relationships, and queries for handling complex business data.
AI Integration:
Embed AI capabilities such as LLM-powered insights, automation, and smart workflows into ERP systems.
API & System Integration:
Integrate third-party services (payments, CRMs, analytics tools) and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
Workflow Automation:
Develop automation pipelines that reduce manual work across business processes.
Scalability & Performance:
Ensure systems are optimized for speed, reliability, and future scaling.
Testing & Debugging:
Identify issues, fix bugs, and maintain system stability across deployments.
Continuous Improvement:
Refactor and improve systems based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of programming (Python preferred), databases, and APIs. Exposure to full-stack development is a plus.
AI Curiosity:
You actively explore AI tools, LLMs, and automation.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to break down real-world business problems into software solutions.

Compensation & Details
Pay: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
