We are looking for skilled and motivated Technicians, Welders, and Electricians with 1–5 years of hands-on experience. Candidates from any industrial, construction, or electrical background are welcome. Prior experience in the solar industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Technicians
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical systems
- Assist in site work, equipment setup, and inspections
- Ensure proper functioning of tools and machinery
- Follow safety protocols and operational guidelines
Welders
- Perform welding activities (ARC/MIG/TIG as applicable)
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Ensure quality and strength of welded components
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure safety compliance
Electricians
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and wiring
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform corrective actions
- Work with panels, circuits, and industrial wiring systems
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI / Diploma / Relevant Technical Certification
- 1–5 years of relevant work experience
- Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and safety practices
- Ability to work on-site and in team environments
Preferred Skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies (including solar systems)
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Physical fitness for fieldwork
- Good communication and teamwork
