Qualifications
- DIPLOMA, B.TECH., B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Printing technology (a strong advantage for packing).
- Alternatively, a graduate with extensive experience of 8-15 years in rigid box or paper packaging manufacturing can also be an excellent choice.
- Demonstrated experience in production or manufacturing management, with a strong understanding of end-to-end production processes.
- Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, including workforce, materials, and equipment.
- Knowledge of quality control principles, safety standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Strong leadership skills, including team supervision, performance management, and staff training and development.
- Ability to analyze production data, use basic analytics or ERP tools, and make data-driven decisions for process optimization.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on continuous improvement, lean practices, or similar methodologies.
- Experience in an on-site manufacturing environment and familiarity with standard operating procedures and documentation.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kozhikode and manage shifts or extended hours as required by production schedules.
*5-10 years in paper packaging or rigid box manufacturing.
*Experience operating and managing; Automatic rigid box machines, Die cutting machines, Paper cutting machines, Gluing and wrapping process.
*Knowledge of production planning, quality control, inventory management and waste reduction.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
