Job Summary
The Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing the company's online presence, social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand promotion. The role focuses on generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and supporting business growth through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Generate quality leads through online marketing activities.
- Manage SEO and improve website visibility.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
Social Media Marketing
- Manage company social media accounts and maintain regular posting schedules.
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, banners, and promotional materials.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness across social media platforms.
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages professionally.
- Coordinate with different departments for project updates and promotional content.
Content & Branding
- Design marketing creatives using tools like Canva or similar software.
- Create content related to solar projects, company achievements, events, and employee activities.
- Assist in developing brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
- Freshers with strong digital marketing skills may also apply.
