Job Title: Senior Merchandiser – Garment Industry

We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our apparel manufacturing/export unit. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of end-to-end merchandising, from buyer inquiry to final shipment delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle buyer communication and manage order execution
- Prepare costing, quotations, and negotiate prices with buyers
- Develop product samples and coordinate approvals with buyers
- Create and monitor TNA (Time & Action Plan) for each order
- Coordinate with sourcing team for fabric, trims, and accessories
- Follow up with production, quality, washing, printing & finishing departments
- Ensure timely production progress and shipment delivery
- Manage vendor and factory coordination for smooth order execution
- Maintain documentation including purchase orders, packing list, and shipment details
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and quality standards
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of garment merchandising process
- Experience in costing, sampling, and order management
- Good understanding of fabric, garment construction, and production workflow
- Knowledge of export documentation and shipment coordination
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in export garment/apparel industry
- Ability to handle multiple orders and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Working Days - 6 Days Working
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
