About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Sales Consultant with a strong background in Bangalore residential real estate. The ideal candidate must have worked with a real estate brokerage/advisory firm and possess hands on experience in lead management, property advisory, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
The candidate will be responsible for managing end to end sales activities, building relationships with buyers, and driving residential property transactions across Bangalore.
Role & responsibilities :
- Contact and engage with company provided leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and purchase timeline to recommend suitable residential properties.
- Schedule and conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits.
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and provide professional real estate advisory.
- Follow up regularly with customers to drive site visits, negotiations, and bookings.
- Coordinate with developer sales teams for inventory, pricing, offers, and site visit arrangements.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and commercial discussions professionally.
- Assist customers through the booking, documentation, and transaction process.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, site visits, bookings, and revenue generation.
- Stay updated on project information, market trends, pricing, and competitor developments.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Prior experience with a real estate brokerage, advisory, or channel partner firm is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of residential real estate projects, pricing, and market dynamics.
- Proven experience in handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and managing the sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and closing residential property transactions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, objection handling, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and follow-up abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Possession of a two-wheeler or four-wheeler will be an added advantage.
- Highly self motivated, target driven, and capable of performing in a fast-paced, high performance sales environment.
- Must possess a strong sales mindset, a sense of urgency, and a relentless focus on follow ups, conversions, and closures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
