Jod Description :-
- 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as online
platforms, walk-ins, referrals, real estate connections, and cold calling.
o Maintain and expand a database of potential clients including homeowners, builders,
architects, and corporate clients.
o Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their interior design
requirements, preferences, budget, and timeline.
o Present design services and solutions effectively, aligning with the client’s vision and project
scope.
- 3. Quotation & Proposal Handling:
o Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to prepare accurate quotations and project
proposals.
o Follow up with clients to address concerns, clarify offerings, and negotiate terms.
o Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal and signing the agreement.
o Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
- 5. Client Relationship Management:
o Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular updates, post-project follow-
ups, and loyalty programs.
o Encourage referrals and repeat business through excellent service and client satisfaction.
- 6. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
o Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram,
Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
o Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce engaging content, ads,
and promotional materials.
- 7. Brand Awareness & Online Presence:
o Work on increasing brand visibility through SEO, social media content, blog articles,
influencer collaborations, and customer testimonials.
o Monitor engagement and respond to messages and comments in a timely and professional
manner.
- 8. Offline Marketing & Events:
o Organize and participate in real estate expos, interior design fairs, networking events, and
on-ground promotions.
o Develop partnerships with builders, real estate agents, and architects for mutual referrals.
- 9. Marketing Analytics & Reporting:
o Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics,
Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
o Suggest improvements based on data insights to enhance campaign ROI.
- 10. Marketing Collateral Development:
o Assist in the creation and distribution of brochures, presentations, project portfolios, and case studies.
- o Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the brand voice and aesthetic
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
