Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Representative to manage distributor operations and drive secondary sales in Lucknow and surrounding markets. The role focuses on order generation, distributor coordination, market expansion, and ensuring timely supply flow from market to company.
Key Responsibilities1. Distributor Management
- Handle and maintain strong relationships with assigned distributors
- Ensure smooth order collection and timely submission to the company
- Monitor distributor stock levels and avoid stock-outs
- Support distributors in achieving monthly sales targets
2. Order Generation & Sales Execution
- Visit retail outlets and generate daily/weekly orders
- Share confirmed orders with the company for billing and dispatch
- Ensure availability and visibility of products in the market
- Track primary and secondary sales performance
3. Market Development
- Identify and onboard new retailers in assigned territory
- Expand market coverage in Lucknow and nearby regions
- Execute promotional activities and schemes
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily sales reports (DSR) and route plans
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing, logistics, and dispatch
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to distributors/retailers
- Provide market feedback and demand insights
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (Freshers with strong field interest may apply)
- Good knowledge of local market in Lucknow & nearby areas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in field and meet sales targets
