Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Handle emails, calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups.
- Conduct online research and gather business insights.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related activities.
- Ensure smooth communication across departments.
- Perform data entry and maintain company systems efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced Computer Skills (Must Have)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
- Strong internet research and data management skills.
- Experience with CRM software and business management tools.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and automation platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, PDF editing software, and document management systems.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets, formulas, reporting, and dashboards.
- Comfortable using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator.
- Experience working in a digital marketing, IT, or technology environment.
- Knowledge of automation tools and AI-powered productivity solutions.
