We Require Sales & Marketing Manager for our Pune Office.
Responsible for overseeing and driving the sales and marketing strategies of our industrial cable products. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, with in-depth technical knowledge of cable and extensive experience in the industry.
Responsibilities include specifying products in construction projects, developing marketing strategies, competitor analysis, and managing sales targets.
Build strong relationships with electrical consultants, engineers, and architects .
Identify and target new business opportunities, key accounts, and potential customers, fostering strong relationships and driving growth.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and new standards in cable management,
Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Marketing/Business Administration.
- Experience: Proven experience in industrial, electrical, or construction sectors, with strong knowledge of cable management products.
- Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with technical stakeholders.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to client sites, regional offices, and project sites.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
