We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive – Export Sales with a strong background in the ceramic industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving international business growth, mentoring and supporting the junior sales team, managing key export opportunities, and converting high-potential leads into successful business deals.
This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, deep knowledge of export markets, and the ability to build strong relationships with international buyers, distributors, and importers.
Key ResponsibilitiesExport Business Development
- Generate and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Identify potential importers, distributors, wholesalers, and dealers for ceramic products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas customers.
- Develop market expansion strategies to increase international sales and revenue.
- Explore new countries and emerging markets for business growth.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.
- Convert qualified export leads into successful business deals.
- Handle negotiations, quotations, pricing discussions, and order closures.
- Ensure consistent growth in export revenue and customer acquisition.
Team Leadership & Lead Management
- Guide and support junior export sales executives in their daily activities.
- Monitor the performance of the export sales team and provide sales direction.
- Review and follow up on open leads generated by junior team members.
- Assist the team in closing high-value and strategic international opportunities.
- Ensure proper lead tracking, follow-up, and CRM management.
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key international clients.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Market Intelligence
- Track international market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Share market insights and business opportunities with management.
- Provide recommendations for product positioning and market expansion.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
