At VGV Terra Works, we specialize in high-quality clay tiles and architectural clay products, combining traditional craft with modern automated manufacturing. We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team immediately to support, maintain, and optimize our production machinery and facility infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical control systems, PLCs, automated machinery, and power distribution systems across the plant. Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency electrical repairs to minimize production downtime. Collaborate with mechanical engineers and production staff to optimize manufacturing efficiency. Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety regulations and industrial standards. Assist in installing, testing, and commissioning new machinery or control systems. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Experience: 2+ years of hands-on electrical engineering/maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production plant (experience with clay, ceramic, or heavy industrial machinery is a plus). Strong working knowledge of PLCs, electrical schematics, motor controls, and sensors. Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work on-site and respond to operational needs efficiently.
