Job Summary
The Field & Admin Executive will be responsible for providing end-to-end administrative support while managing field-related activities to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. The role requires coordination with vendors, government offices, service providers, internal stakeholders, and project teams, along with maintaining office administration and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Maintain records of office assets, stationery, consumables, and inventory.
- Coordinate AMC schedules, office maintenance, and repair activities.
- Process vendor bills, quotations, purchase requests, and maintain relevant documentation.
- Maintain administrative trackers, reports, and MIS.
- Ensure office premises comply with safety, hygiene, and company standards.
Field Operations
- Visit vendors, government departments, banks, clients, and service providers for official work.
- Coordinate collection and submission of documents, agreements, invoices, and statutory paperwork.
- Support site visits, office inspections, and project-related administrative activities.
- Handle local logistics and material movement whenever required.
Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain proper records of vendor documents, agreements, invoices, and statutory files.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations for administrative requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks and submit status updates.
- Prepare periodic reports on field visits, vendor coordination, and administrative activities.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic documentation and report preparation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Qualification/Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Administration, Facility Management, or Field Operations.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Own two-wheeler preferred for local travel.
- Willingness to travel locally as per business requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
