Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the entire Human Resource function across all group companies. The candidate will be responsible for strategic HR planning, compliance management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and HR policy implementation across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee HR operations across all 9 group companies.
- Act as a strategic partner to management and leadership team.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Develop talent pipeline for technical, operational, and managerial roles.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
3. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with Labor Laws, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle audits and inspections.
- Maintain statutory registers and documentation.
4. Payroll & Compensation
- Supervise payroll processing.
- Manage salary structuring, increments, and performance appraisal system.
- Oversee attendance and leave management system.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary actions.
- Develop employee engagement programs.
- Maintain healthy industrial relations.
6. Policy Development
- Draft and implement HR policies & SOPs.
- Standardize HR processes across group companies.
7. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and conduct development programs.
- Implement performance management systems (PMS).
Candidate Requirements
- Education: BBA / B.Com with HR specialization/MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in HR, preferably in Manufacturing / Group Companies
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & Compliance
- Experience handling multi-location operations
- Leadership & team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ready to travel across multiple company locations.
- Ability to handle workforce across different business units.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
