Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Explain company services/products clearly
- Maintain records of interested clients
- Follow up with leads regularly
- Update daily call reports
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
- Confident and polite conversation style
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM)
- Target-oriented attitude
