Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time
CTC: ₹2.40 LPA – ₹3.00 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
Preference: Only Local Mumbai Candidates (Candidates residing in Mumbai or nearby suburbs will be preferred.)
About the Role
Orbit Messaging Hub Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our customer base in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for field sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Meet prospective clients to present the company's products and services.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/Excel reports.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai for client meetings.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Field Sales.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Only Local Mumbai candidates will be considered.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
