We are seeking a responsible and disciplined Hostel Warden to manage hostel operations, ensure student safety, and maintain a positive and secure residential environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students and maintain hostel discipline
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of hostel premises
- Monitor attendance and maintain hostel records
- Address student concerns and coordinate with management
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in hostel administration or similar role
- Strong leadership and supervision skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to stay on campus
