The Data Modeler plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation through detailed data analysis and design activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure data models meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align data strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Build Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data models for complex business environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data structures for performance and maintainability.
- Familiarity with database technologies and data warehousing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity and consistency.
