Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute research projects in biochemistry and molecular biology
Develop, validate, and standardize biochemical assays and protocols
Analyze complex data, interpret results, and prepare technical reports
Support clinical diagnostics, method development, and quality improvement
Ensure compliance with NABL/ISO/GLP guidelines and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clinicians, and lab staff
Publish research findings and contribute to scientific presentations
Mentor junior researchers and laboratory personnel
Qualifications & Skills:
PHD Biochemistry
Minimum experience 1-5yrs
Experience in diagnostics, clinical research, or regulated labs preferred
Sound knowledge of quality systems, validation, and compliance standards
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
