Spark Academy is looking for a passionate and energetic Phonics Teacher to conduct phonics and early reading classes for young learners. The teacher will help children develop strong reading, pronunciation, and spelling skills using phonics-based teaching methods. Responsibilities: Conduct phonics classes for children aged 4–7 years (LKG to Class 2). Teach letter sounds, blending, reading, and spelling through phonics activities. Use interactive teaching methods such as games, flashcards, storytelling, and worksheets. Monitor students’ progress and support their reading development. Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for young learners. Requirements: Certification or training in Phonics preferred. Prior experience teaching phonics or early childhood education is an advantage. Good English pronunciation and communication skills. Passion for teaching young children. Work Schedule: Part-time evening classes (approximately 2 hours per day, 3 - 4 days per week). Salary: Salary will be based on experience and number of classes conducted.
