Job Summary
Iscoot Motors is looking for a responsible and organized Plant Operations Executive to manage day-to-day plant operations related to inventory, material movement, dispatch, and record keeping. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to coordinate with production and other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall plant store operations and material inventory.
- Issue raw materials and components to the production team as per requirements.
- Receive, verify, and maintain inward and outward stock records.
- Coordinate dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and daily MIS reports.
- Update and maintain Excel sheets related to inventory, dispatch, and production.
- Perform regular stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
- Coordinate with the procurement and production teams to avoid material shortages.
- Prepare dispatch documentation, challans, and related records.
- Monitor material consumption and report discrepancies to management.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store area.
- Assist in month-end inventory audits and reporting.
Required Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Store, Dispatch, Inventory, or Plant Operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and record management.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in an automobile, manufacturing, or production environment.
- Knowledge of ERP/software for inventory management will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
