Role: Field Trainer
Experience: 5–6 years in QSR / Hospitality / Retail Operations Training
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Languages: English, Hindi & Regional Language(additional languages are added advantage)
Qualification: Graduate (Hotel Management / Business Management preferred)
Industry Preference: Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Ice Cream / Café chains, Retail F&B
Travel Requirement: Willing to travel extensively for store visits & training
Skills Required: Training delivery, communication, store operations knowledge, audit understanding, people development, documentation & reporting
Joining: Immediate joiners to 1 month
Job Description:
- Conduct TNI/TNA and execute the training calendar.
- Deliver operational, SOP, and customer service trainings.
- Conduct induction training and prepare required training materials.
- Facilitate New Product Launch (NPL) trainings.
- Visit stores for OJT, audits, and training follow-ups.
- Ensure training compliance and maintain documentation/reports.
- Support Training Leaders through coaching and skill development.
- Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and update content.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹468,000.00 - ₹564,000.00 per year
