We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Professional to drive growth in our premium window and architectural aluminum systems division. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, managing the entire sales lifecycle—from initial architect engagement and technical consulting to final negotiation and project handover.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Pipeline Management
Identify, target, and map upcoming premium residential projects, commercial developments, and luxury villa constructions.
Generate a consistent pipeline of inquiries through direct pitching, site visits, and industry networking.
Present product portfolios, highlighting superior engineering, performance metrics (wind load, water tightness, acoustics), and aesthetic value.
2. Influencer Engagement (Architects & Designers)
Build and nurture strong relationships with prominent architects, interior designers, structural consultants, and project management consultants (PMCs).
Conduct product presentation sessions and technical seminars at architecture firms to get our systems specified in their initial blueprints.
3. Consultative Selling & Estimation Support
Understand client requirements regarding opening sizes, design aesthetics, ventilation needs, and performance criteria.
Collaborate closely with the internal estimation and technical teams to prepare accurate, competitive BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and commercial proposals.
Guide clients through product experiential centers or showrooms, demonstrating structural superiority and smooth functionality.
4. Negotiation & Closure
Lead commercial negotiations with builders, developers, and HNIs (High-Net-Worth Individuals) to secure orders while maintaining healthy profit margins.
Ensure smooth contract finalization, detailing clear payment terms, delivery schedules, and scope of installation.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the primary bridge between the client and internal execution teams (site measurement, fabrication, and installation) to ensure the final handover matches the approved design specifications.
Collect client feedback post-installation to build long-term relationships and secure repeat business or referrals.
Required Profile & Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 7 years of active field sales experience in premium building materials, aluminum fenestration, glass solutions, facade engineering, or high-end interior finishes.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
