- IT Support & Troubleshooting: Oversee the IT helpdesk to resolve hardware, software, and network issues quickly, ensuring maximum uptime for employees.
- Infrastructure Management: Assist in maintaining and upgrading the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud systems.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and schedule IT technicians, and assist with performance evaluations.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external service providers, software vendors, and hardware maintenance companies.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce data security protocols, monitor system access, and ensure compliance with internal IT policies
- Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all IT hardware and software assets.
- Project Implementation: Help lead the deployment of new technologies and system upgrades across the organization.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
