Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, fluent, and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will proactively contact customers who have abandoned their carts, assist them in completing their purchases, and provide exceptional support by managing customer inquiries and support tickets across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers who have abandoned their shopping carts to understand their concerns and encourage order completion.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and support ticketing systems.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, shipping, returns, and products.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and high satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM/support systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Meet daily call, follow-up, and ticket resolution targets.
- Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve products, processes, and customer experience.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-first attitude in every interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident and persuasive phone etiquette with a professional demeanor.
- Atleast 1year of experience in customer support, telesales, or customer success
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations efficiently.
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
