Reports to: Solution Architect | Engagement: Full-time,; immediate availability preferred
Role purpose: Leads full-stack build teams delivering configurable government platforms, owning code quality and sprint outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
▪ Break solution designs into sprint backlogs; lead full-stack developers; enforce code review, branching, and definition-of-done.
▪ Build workflow-engine configuration layers, dashboards, and administration consoles (roles, users, criteria, templates).
▪ Own unit/integration test-coverage targets and CI quality gates with DevOps.
▪ Coordinate AI and integration workstreams so each sprint lands as one working increment.
Qualifications & certifications: Bachelor's in CS; Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) advantageous.
Experience & languages: 10+ years, 4+ leading teams on .NET/Azure or Power Platform government builds; English mandatory.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
